The spaces of the Magadino Art Department will host a full-fledged collaboration for the first time. The evening will bring together the world of Fishnet Collective with that of DRY Berlin, resulting in a diversity of sounds, backgrounds, and performances.  


𝒫𝑅𝒪𝒢𝑅𝒜𝑀

Doors open at 18:00. Welcoming you in our beloved Garden will be Dia Beat and Nora Asteroid, sharing the console for the first part of the evening. (In case of rain, their set will be moved to the Foyer.)

As soon as the sun sets, the party will move to the Locale Barche, where familiar faces and special guests will heat things up.

Opening the dancefloor is our very own paul trona, who will take us from 22:00 into the new day. alys(alys)alys, an artist we had the honor of hosting in 2022, will guide us through the early morning hours. At 01:30, Monstera Black will join her for an unmissable performance. Following them, Mistiica, who warmed our hearts and made us sweat in the Locale Barche in summer 2023, will return for a b2b set with a gem of Milan's underground, Virginia www.

To close the night, our beloved and evergreen residents, Jabrome, will carry us through the morning, offering a worthy conclusion to the 2024 musical season at M.A.D.

There are several options to reach M.A.D.: you can take the ferry from Locarno to Magadino and walk a few minutes. There is a bus from Cadenazzo station to Magadino. For those driving, a paid municipal parking lot is available a few minutes from M.A.D.

Shuttle taxi service to Riazzino station, with a fixed fare of 5.– per person, min 4 people, max 8 people.

The first morning bus is at 5:39.

18:00 – Dia Beat (Fishnet Records, Bern) Dia Beat’s musical exploration is influenced by teenage memories, emotional depth, and melancholic curiosity. Dia Beat’s sets evoke hugs, sobs, and the hope that things will get better. A project by S. Pellanda (Bern, CH), co-founder of Fishnet Collective and a multidisciplinary artist working in graphic design, writing, and music.


b2b – Nora Asteroid (EUPHONICA, Bern)

With her experimental techno, trance and ambient sets, Nora Asteroid transports her listeners out of the ordinary into someplace else.

22:00 – paul trona(Fishnet Records, Locarno – Milan)

Davide Barberi is a visual artist and DJ from Locarno (CH) as well as member of Fishnet Collective.
Through a sound mixture of varied listening and sound, paul trona likes to transport the listener into dreamlike and introspective landscapes. In his sets he tries to create a miscellaneous narrative, emphasizing fast-paced and sophisticated rhythms with bass, breakbeat, jungle and jazzy influences.


00:00 – alys(alys)alys (Dry, Berlin)

Brazil-born, Berlin-based alys(alys)alys explores the (un)common ground between experimental, club, and
soundcloud music; crafting a dynamic approach to her own productions and eclectic DJ sets.

Since 2018, she has performed in venues and parties such as Berlin Atonal, CTM Festival, Venice Biennale,
Herrensauna, as well as in some of the notorious Brazilian parties such as Mamba Negra. alys is also a
resident of DRY, a Berlin-based music collective intended to connect and foster exchanges between queer,
bipoc, and boundary-pushing individuals.

In the meantime, she has been working as the producer of singer songwriter Monstera Black, this year their
first EP “Awkward Attraction” came out through the Berlin label Voitax. In 2023 she released the second
volume of her genre-blurring compilation 'booty&legs' featuring club-ready music that sits at the
intersection of experimental club music and pop.


01:30 – Monstera Black (Dry, Berlin)

Monstera Black is the embodiment of a distinctive persona who rethinks the concept of personality. She encompasses what's repressed in the artist, pushing the limits between what's real and what's illusion. Her identity remains in a constant state of flux, as she transcends the conventional notions of self.

Familiar yet evasive, emotion driven yet detached, music is Monstera Black’s vehicle to encapsulate and share a glimpse of a less poised and more imperfect reality.

Finding in experimental music producer and DJ 'alys(alys)alys' a world of sound so far from familiarity that it prompted a less structured and linear songwriting; delving into a new sonic realm, distancing itself from a careful and familiar pop persona. With her provocative, sarcastic lyrics and taunting hooks; the club soundscape allowed her newfound sound and unrestrained expression to thrive..


02:00 – Virginia www (Spiritual Sauna, Just Cavalle,  Milano)

virginia www is first of all a very nice person although a lot of people get scared when they discover she’s a scorpio but apart from that wow such a cool music taste! she is founder of some of milan’s finest parties - Just Cavalle and Spiritual Sauna. the www stands for worldwide web because if you think about it the real connection happens when we all dance together. Also because W is a cool letter.


b2b – Mistiica (Dry, Berlin)

MISTIICA is the project of Effy Peroni, a multimedia artist and co-founder of Dry Berlin. 

MISTIICA integrates visual arts, audiovisual and music, all constantly contaminating each other. Sound is used as an evocative and provocative media, assembling and evoking music with different heritages using emotions as a common language.

Their sound brought them to have a residency at Spiritual Sauna in Milano as well for gigs in clubs such as Tresor, funk house BLN, OHM, The Glove That Fits London, M.A.D., Renate, Oxi and more in Berlin where the artist is based. Marking their presence also in radios such as Radioraheem Milano, Rinse FM, Reform Radio as well as international festivals like Mamba Negra in Sao Paolo and Fusion Festival In Germany .

In Her production, FURIA MISTIICA space surprisingly changes, distorted notes and alien-like vocals, is how MiSTIICA tells her stories through the ghosts of music that hunts the Earth. Being released on labels such System Revival Records and Program and Control (P.A.C.)


04:00 – Jabrome (Fishnet Records, Locarno – Berlin)Jabrome is a Dj/Producer duo from Locarno, co-founder of Fishnet Collective.
Since 2015 Jérôme and Gabriele have performed throughout Switzerland and abroad proposing a carefully balanced combination of Breakbeat, Electro and Techno, which has condensed over the years into various musical releases on labels such as Tiefdruckgebeat and Seven Scales Records, and ultimately the launch of Fishnet Records with their latest release: Carbon EP.

Jabrome are currently resident DJ's and music curators at the Magadino Art Department (M.A.D.) and carry out their sound and projects in parallel with the collective, maintaining a broad musical vision, purposely open to novelty and experimentation.
